This policy explains how Vikaranet (Pty) Ltd (“Vikaranet”, “we”) handles information in the Moodkeys app for Android.
What the app does
Moodkeys is a colouring book app that plays piano melodies matched to each mood.
Information the app handles
- Your colouring: the pictures you colour, your colour choices and progress.
- Purchase information: if you buy content or an upgrade, Google Play handles the payment and tells us whether the purchase is active. We do not see your card details.
What we do not do
- The app does not require an account.
- We do not collect your location, contacts or photos.
- We do not sell your information.
How we use information
We use the information above only to make the app work, to provide purchases and subscriptions you ask for, to respond to your support requests, and to keep the app secure and working properly.
Third parties
- Google Play processes purchases.
Google Play may also give us aggregated information about crashes and performance so we can fix problems. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing.
Where your data is stored and how we protect it
Your artwork and progress are stored on your device. We do not receive a copy of them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we handle, but no system is completely secure.
Children
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Data stored only on your device can be deleted by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app. To make a request about anything we hold, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with applicable Botswana data protection law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will update this page and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.
